Thomas Lippolis Sues JWoww For Back Royalties

JWoww used to date Thomas "Tom" Lippolis. There were references made to him on Jersey Shore on more than one occasion. Then they broke up.
Lippolis, who says he also served as JWoww's manager, is looking for some money from the deals he says he helped get her - including with MTV.
JWoww's ex claims he helped the Jersey Shore star score a deal worth $17,500 an episode, although she never paid him a cent for his services.

Tom Lippolis says JWoww owes him serious coin.

Tom claims that while he was the business manager of JWoww (Jenni Farley), he locked down deals with MTV, clubs, a tanning company and a plastic surgeon.
In the lawsuit, Lippolis claims he was the "sole negotiating agent" with JWoww's Jersey Shore deal and more, but she left him out to dry after they broke up.
Now, he wants $350,000 to make it right. A JWoww source says Tom did negotiate her tanning or MTV contracts, but says he was paid for services rendered.

Here's the deal. Before Jenni's ex-boyfriend/former business manager Thomas Lippolis sued her for allegedly stiffing him on deals, her lawyer sent the guy a letter explaining a "final payment" for his services was in the works.
The document could be proof that Lippolis needs to get the $350,000 he demands from the Jersey Shore star as commission on deals he says he got for her.
But in the letter, the lawyer added, "It has come to [Jwoww's] attention that you may be in possession of certain photos of her that may be derogatory to her image."
Not only that, "in violation of her contract with MTV."
Sources connected to the former couple say the photos in question contain some very nude images of the reality star, who's negotiating for a new season now.
JWoww's attorney demanded the return of the pics ASAP, but nothing has been exchanged thus far. Stay tuned, this could get even uglier ... and nakeder.

Are there any other sex tapes in the pipeline you can tell us about?
Not a day goes by that we don’t get an offer for one or more celebrity sex tapes. We don’t, however, give out information about them until we are ready to announce a release date.

Without a doubt, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

Children may be a blessing, but date nights away from the kids, Jolie added, are crucial: "You also have to stay focused on each other so that you stay strong. And you staying strong as a couple keeps the kids in an even better place."
"One night Brad and I went out to dinner and I wanted to get dressed up and wear my heels. By the time we'd finished dinner we had to borrow welly boots because the water had risen so high that you couldn't walk down the street."

What kind of lessons are she and Pitt teaching Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox? "Hopefully giving my children the sense that they are deeply loved and deeply safe, at the same time we are encouraging their individuality."
"Each of them are who they are and we try not to get in the way of that. That's why they are six very strong individuals."
As for Shiloh's tomboy look?
"I don't think it's for the world to interpret anything," Jolie says of her 4-year-old. "She likes to dress like a boy and wants her hair cut like a boy and she wanted to be called 'John' for a while...she wants to be like her brothers. It's who she is."
"It's been a surprise to us and it's really interesting, but she's so much more than that - she's funny and sweet and pretty. But she does love a tie."

The Hoff is taking off.
David Hasselhoff, who was let go from America's Got Talent last season in favor of Howie Mandell, has signed on to replace Simon Cowell on the British version of this reality competition.
"David is super excited about the move [to England]," an insider tells Pop Eater. "He's in London over the holidays going theater and looking at apartments for when he moves full-time early next year."

Things are looking good for Hasselhoff these days, as his family's reality show premiered on A&E last week.

"It's a brand-new start for David and he couldn't be more exited," says a friend. "His new reality show is bound to be a hit and now he is returning to TV in the show that found Susan Boyle. What could be bigger than that?"

Nothing. Absolutely nothing could be bigger than that.

We can debate all day whether or not MTV glorifies teen pregnancy, but one of its more infamous reality stars certainly doesn't make her life look appealing.
Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is once again in the spotlight, and it's not because her baby daughter's so darn cute. It's because of - you guessed it - RAGE.
We reported recently about Amber's ex, Gary Shirley, creepin' on random girls. Turns out he's started dating one of them, and the situation came to a head.

"Gary and his new girl were hanging out on Friday night and Amber was late night texting him like she always does," a source close to the situation said.
"His date thought it was inappropriate, the things Amber said, so she called and told her to quit trying to get him to hang out because he's moved on."
Portwood has also moved on with Clinton Yunker, but friends close to the reality TV star say she still holds out hope of getting back with Gary Shirley.
"Amber was jealous that Gary's been with other girls since they broke up," the source said. "Gary's new girlfriend is way prettier than Amber and it drives her crazy. She even asked her what someone as pretty as her would want with Gary."
Portwood was so upset that she went over to Shirley's house and demanded that he delete his new girlfriend's phone number from his cell phone.
"Gary really likes this new girl, but he was mad at her for telling Amber they were dating and stirring the pot ... he knows the way Amber can be."
"The whole thing was really weird because then all of a sudden Amber Portwood flipped the switch and started trying to befriend Gary's new girl."
Portwood was charged with domestic abuse following the airing of an episode of Teen Mom where she hit Shirley and the Indiana Department of Child Protective Services temporarily removed their daughter Leah from her home.
Leah is now back home with Amber, but remains under DCS supervision.
"Amber insisted on doing a three-way call with Gary and his new girl but got angry when she heard the way he was talking to the new girl because she said it was 'how he used to talk to me,'" the insider said ... and so the saga goes.

Alex Welch Details Attack by Demi Lovato, Decrees Lack of Apology

Days after photos of the bruises she suffered at the hands of Demi Lovato surfaced, Alex Welch is speaking out about the early November incident between her and that famous singer.
While sitting on a plane with Demi, The Jonas Brothers and others related to that tour, the 21-year dancer says she was punched in the face by Lovato, who suspected Alex of ratting out her partying actions from the previous evening.
"She walks up and punches me and literally walked away and got in her seat," Welch tells People, adding that she didn't tattle on anyone. "No one should do that and brush it over, it's not right."

Lovato entered rehab immediately following this confrontation, but has not reached out to Welch about it.

"To this day, I haven't gotten an apology. I've heard nothing," the dancer says. "That's sad if you think that person is your friend."

A source close to Demi says this is just a matter of logistics, based on where Demi has been residing for the last five weeks: a treatment facility.

"Demi hasn't been able to call Alex because she is sequestered in treatment, but multiple efforts have been made to reach out to her," says the insider.

Reps for both side, meanwhile, acknowledge that there's been contact between attorneys. Confirms a spokesperson for Lovato:

"We are in the process of engaging with Alex's lawyer and hope to resolve this as quickly as possible."

Elizabeth Edwards Gravely Ill, Suspends Treatment as Cancer Spreads

Elizabeth Edwards' cancer fight has taken a turn for the worse.
With the disease spreading to her liver, the wife of John Edwards revealed that she is resting at home and no longer seeking treatment for the disease.
"Elizabeth has been advised by her doctors that further treatment of her cancer would be unproductive," the Edwards family says in a statement.

On Monday, the ailing Edwards posted a Facebook message to her friends that can be tragically interpreted as a farewell of sorts. She writes:
"I have been sustained by three saving graces – my family, my friends, and a faith in the power of resilience and hope. These graces have carried me through difficult times and have brought more joy to the good times than I ever could have imagined."
"The days of our lives, for all of us, are numbered. We know that."
"It isn’t possible to put into words the love and gratitude I feel to everyone who has and continues to support and inspire me every day," Elizabeth Edwards continued. "To you I simply say: you know. With love, Elizabeth."
Edwards, who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2004, was briefly hospitalized last week after not feeling well over Thanksgiving.
Doctors said her cancer had metastasized to the liver.
Family members – including adult daughter Cate, a Washington lawyer, and her brother and sister, Jay and Nancy Anania – rushed home to be with her.
Elizabeth and John Edwards, the two-time White House hopeful who has been estranged from her following the infamous birth of his love child with Rielle Hunter, also have two younger children together, Jack and Emma.
Our thoughts are with Elizabeth and those close to her.

Kelsey Grammer is engaged to girlfriend Kayte Walsh, despite the fact that his divorce from Camille isn't even finalized yet. Confirms the actor's rep:
“They are engaged. They never really announced it, they are very happy and very much in love."

Kelsey and Camille were married for 14 years, have two kids together and divorced in July. A month later, it was announced that Walsh was pregnant with Kelsey's baby, although she suffered a miscarriage in early October.

Don't worry if you're short on details, though: the Grammers' divorce will be chronicled on upcoming episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The billionaire saved the lives of a handful of "dead" celebrities, as Alicia Keys, Kim Kardashian and others agreed on December 1 to silence themselves on all social networks until $1 million was donated the Keep a Child Alive organization.
There was just one problem: nearly a week into this campaign, barely half that amount had been raised.

But Rahr stepped up this morning and gave $500,000 to the charity that focuses its efforts on HIV/AIDS in Africa and India. It was clearly a kind gesture, but perhaps he could have given $499,999 instead?

Naturally, Kim leaped back in and immediately Tweeted this evening: "I am back from the dead! Thank you all so much for your donations and contributions! I have missed u all so much!!! We raised $1mil to help KCA fight AIDS. Thank you so much and never stop buying life!"

Bristol Palin Upset Over Kathy Griffin Fat Joke

Kathy Griffin made a crack about Bristol Palin's weight recently.
Bristol responded on cue, although not on Facebook for once.
Griffin made fun of her appearance while hosting VH1 Divas Salute the Troops Friday, calling B.P. "the only contestant in the history of the show to actually gain weight," a somewhat harsh crack that elicited booing, not laughter.

"Come on, come on. She gained like 30 pounds a week," Griffin then continued amid jeers. "I swear to God, it was fantastic. She's like the white Precious."
Wow.
Instead of devising a lengthy comeback like usual (see her gay joke at Margaret Cho), the 20-year-old kept her rebuttal short and sweet this time around.
"The audience's reaction to this 'comedian' spoke volumes, and the decent people I know would probably have booed her, too," Bristol Palin told Fox News.
"I hope people didn't pay money to hear her negativity and criticisms."
NOTE to comedians: Stop talking about the Palins and maybe they'll stop replying.

TMZ reports that Hustler Inc. has uncovered another 75-minute tape of the Garden State's most reviled reality star spreading her legs for mystery man. It was allegedly shot in September, months after the aforementioned case was settled.
It won't be long until we have confirmation of this tape's existence: it's scheduled to be released on June 14. That's in less than a week!
Speaking of Staub, Zalewski once said: "Not only does she want to have sex all the time, but she loves the thrill of doing it in public places, where she might get caught.
"She wanted to make love in restaurant bathrooms every time we went out - she'd get excited and say, 'The people can hear you doing it outside!'"

Kevin Maher on Danielle Staub Biography: More Like Naked Lies!

We all know Danielle Staub is an expert at getting naked. But telling the truth? That's another story.
Following a successful defamation of character lawsuit against this reality star - in which Staub settled the day before she was scheduled to be deposed - Kevin Maher is at it again.
The ex-husband of this former drug-dealing call girl has filed a lawsuit against publishing company Simon & Schuster, claiming it knowingly published false information about him in Staub's new memoir "The Naked Truth."

In documents filed last week, Maher states Simon & Schuster, "failed to use reasonable care to determine the truth or falsity" of allegations Staub brings against him in the book.
Notably, he takes issue with Staub's assertion that Maher beat her so badly, she had to be hospitalized for a concussion and "assorted contusions." Maher tells TMZ he's asking for $10 million in damages.
We're asking both of these people to go away forever, but we're unlikely to get our wish.

The holidays can be a cause for concern, says a family source, but it might actually be good for the actress to be around her parents in one way or another:
"All of the angst, forced familial time, dealing with recovery. Mix in parents that don't get along and Lindsay is going to be tested, and that isn't a bad thing.”
Lindsay and her treatment team are confident that the actress will be able to get through the holiday season without any setbacks, insiders have said.
While they want Dina and her siblings to come to California for Christmas, lingering tension between family members may throw a wrench into that plan.
"Dina hasn't agreed to be anywhere under the same roof with Michael," the source said. "Lindsay's counselors recognize that family is very important."
"They are really hoping to get the entire family under one roof for some much needed family therapy. Michael has agreed. So far, nothing from Dina."
Lindsay could earn a pass to spend Christmas Eve or Christmas Day out of the sober living facility if she gets the green light from her treatment team.
The actress has impressed her doctors and others by focusing her efforts toward helping the less fortunate, our source said, which is a great sign.
Lindsay Lohan "recognizes how blessed she is to be given this amazing opportunity to get and stay sober." Keep up the good fight, girl. Keep at it.

Of all the Z-listers to have released sex tapes, Jones - a complete unknown, something willing to say anything in order to keep her name in the news - seemed the most likely to simply own up to her on-camera actions and encourage people to purchase Brittney Jones Confidential.

Instead, she's gone the typical route of acting as if she's horrified at the notion of Vivid Entertainment releasing her sex tape. So horrified, in fact, that she's suing mad!

Lawyers for Brittney have fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Vivid, proclaiming she is "the sole and exclusive owner of the video" and that "any dissemination of the video by Vivid will cause her substantial emotional distress for which she will hold Vivid responsible."

Call us crazy, but we suspect a tidy six-figure settlement will soon be agreed upon, magically curing Jones of any and all emotional distress.

While Fedotowsky has said she's eyeing Monique Lhuillier to design her gown, she swears she hasn't lost the tomboy edge that enhances her appeal.
"I definitely need comfortable shoes," she said. "That's the most important."

Julian Assange, WikiLeaks Guy, Arrested For Rape

Julian Assange, the dude with the knockoff Neil Patrick Harris haircut who runs WikiLeaks, just got arrested, though not because of his controversial site.
He faces rape, sexual molestation and unlawful coercion charges in Sweden.
An Australian national, Julian Assange has reportedly been hiding in the U.K. since WikiLeaks posted a deluge of classified, explosive documents recently.

LEAK THIS: Julian Assange is in custody.

Apprehended on the charges resulting from alleged behavior in Sweden, Assange is due in court today. We know one person who's probably cackling inside.
A spokesman based at Scotland Yard confirmed that the "extradition unit" arrested Assange "on behalf of the Swedish authorities on suspicion of rape."
He's accused of "unlawful coercion, two counts of sexual molestation and one count of rape, all alleged to have been committed in August 2010."
The charges were initially made by two women Assange met on a business trip. Initially dropped, the case was just recently reopened ... stunningly.
The statement continued, "Julian Assange, 39, was arrested on a European Arrest Warrant by appointment at a London police station at 9:30 a.m.
Assange's lawyer's office was not taking calls Tuesday, but the BBC quoted his lawyer, Mark Stephens, as saying he was looking for "truth, justice."
He added that his client is cooperating fully, and that "Julian Assange has been the one in hot pursuit to vindicate himself to clear his good name."
WikiLeaks publishes highly classified documents, behavior it justifies by claiming it fosters openness and reveals illegal, immoral activity worldwide.
Critics say some of the leaked information posted on WikiLeaks may not only compromise national security, but damage international relationships.

Asked by USA Today about Robert Pattinson, her co-star in next year's Water for Elephants, Reese Witherspoon had nothing but kinds things to report.
"I'm not gonna lie. He's a very, very handsome man," Witherspoon said. "He's a very sensitive soul... He's sweet and loving and has the nicest family."

Reese also referred to Stewart as "really sweet" and commented on the absolute craziness of working with this Twilight Saga hunk. She said there was "fervor and madness and girls waiting at 5 a.m. on a set in the middle of nowhere just to see him."
