Which Celeb Has a Tattoo on Her Ring Finger?

Recognize the Reveler Brian Killian/WireImage
You're probably so busy looking at this celebrity's huge-ass ring to realize that she has a tiny tattoo right underneath her bling.
This is the first time we've noticed the ink, which appears to be the Roman numeral IV.
As for what it could mean, her birthday is September 4 and her equally famous hubby celebrates his on December 4.
Think you know who's got a tiny tattoo? Find out after the jump!

Beyonce Knowles Brian Killian/WireImage
It's Beyoncé!
The star showed off her inked ring finger while hosting the launch party of Lorraine Schwartz's 2BHappy jewelry in NYC, which Kim Kardashian and Blake Lively also attended.
And in true diva fashion, the hostess was three hours late to Lavo for her own party!
We love all of B.'s jewels, but the pointy manicure? Not so much.

Kanye West: Taylor Swift Should've Stuck Up for Me!

Kevin Mazur/Getty Images
Why would Taylor Swift ever stand up for Kanye West?!
Leave it to the ego-inflated rapper to insist, during an on-stage rant last night, that the country cutie should have had Kanye's back after his infamous 2009 VMA outburst:

"Taylor never came to my defense in any interview and [she] rode the wave, and rode it and rode it!" he said during a rambling onstage rant last night at New York's Bowery Ballroom.
Huh? Yeah, we don't get it either.
West also blasted the media for how he believes it "exploited" George W. Bush's recent comment about the rapper. The former president said that West accusing him of not caring about African-Americans during Hurricane Katrina was one of his lowest points while in office.
"Look at how they exploited him," he ranted. "They said that he said that was his lowest moment. And as a mass, as America, we took that as a fact.
"If you look at the interview, he said, 'It's one of his lowest moments,' and he said it about 10 different things," West griped.
"But because the popularity of me, they exploited that to make you watch the interview and make you feel that he was stupider than ever...It shows you the way they try to villainize."

Paris Hilton’s Hair-Raising Battle Continues

This is how rich people say, "I know you are, but what am I?"
Paris Hilton is countersuing the hair extension company that is suing her for $35 million, demanding $3 million for fraud, breach-of-contract and inappropriately trading on that famous Hilton name.
Does the heiress' case have roots, or is it all a tease?

Hairtech International sued Paris in August, claiming she wore a competitor's hair extensions and breached her contact by skipping promotional appearances, albeit because she was in jail.
Paris' complaint says Hairtech's story is "born of pure fiction" and alleges that the company exploited her celebrity status. Her filing includes a letter from a colleague of plaintiff Chris Volek's, in which the colleague states that Volek and others at Hairtech have "left a trail of complaints and defrauded victims in their wake."
In various emails, Volek called Hilton "truly amazing," "sensational" and "freaking Stunning [sic]," according to Paris' filing.
Hairtech "sought to capitalize on Ms. Hilton's brand and fame by offering to pay substantial 'guaranteed' royalties in exchange for the right to associate Ms. Hilton's brand with their line of hair products," the suit alleges.
The heiress claims Hairtech failed to pay "in excess of $1.7 million," going so far as to commit "fraud by secretly altering documents presented to Ms. Hilton's company for signature."
All in all, Ms. Hilton is asking for $2.1 million in damages, at least $400,000 in punitive damages and attorney fees, and $500,000 in declaratory relief.

Bitch Stole My Look: Anna Wintour vs. Carey Mulligan

The devil (aka Anna Wintour) wears Lanvin and we're guessing she doesn't like to share. But that doesn't stop Carey Mulligan from copying her look.
Vogue's editor-in-chief (and the inspiration behind The Devil Wears Prada) wore this sleeveless animal-print frock at the Michael Kors show in New York two months ago. She completed her look with metallic kitten heels and a colorful beaded necklace.
Then just last week, Hollywood's fresh-faced fashionista wore the designer dress above the knee for Google's Boutiques.com launch party, pairing the printed number with a black clutch, bib necklace and brown YSL pumps.
So who wears it best, the perfectly put-together editrix (who eats the competition for breakfast) or the fearless ingénue and her quirkier sense of style?

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester normally gets high marks for her fashion. Here, her top may or may not double as a fishing net ... economical at least.
